Are there leprechauns in Europe?

I heard that leprechauns drop lots of mesos and have loads of other great drops and saw a video of some1 farming them. I'm in new leaf city and when to the haunted place but I have no idea where to go. I searched on the internet and loads of sites tell me to through non-existent portals to bent tree etc. So... is it me, or are the portals and maps not available on ems?

There are no lepechauns, but if you want money, you can try sakura celions in amoria, they drop good money, they almost allways drop ETC loot and the spawn rate is very good.

first when i read this thread i thought this was real leprechauns in europe lol, but no there isnt a creeping evil yet
