QuickGood deal or bad Deal?

Hey, some guy offered me 3 Balanced Furies for my 22 dex Blue Sauna Robe. I think it's a good deal. however, I want to be 100% sure that Balanced Furies will stay rechargebale anywhere and that Nexon will not turn it into making it rechargeable at only NLC. Btw, how much are balanced furies atm?

Some guy logged a ticket about the balanced furies earlier and Nexon replied saying they were supposed to be NLC only. So I would think that would be a bad deal.

Ok thanks so far...Btw for thsoe that say BF r only rechargeable at NLC...they are currently rechargeable everywhere so they're price i believe is like 80m...So yea, but what worries me is the fact if they are going to be rechargeable at nlc or everywhere?
