How do you unlock Crimsonwood Exchange Quest?

As title says how do I unlock this exchange quest? I did not find guides anywhere about(googled this does not tell me how).

to unlock it u must do the quests from the people in the place in CW

link Second post from bottom. Very first result that came up from google'ing 'CWK exchange quest'... If you need details on the quests themselves (there's quite a few), then go to link and go to the quest section, and CTRL+F the quest name when you get it from the NPC. It involves most of the Masteria quests... the ones from the Mayor and the Smores one are not included, nor are the bounty quests from Lita.

Well I doubt that I wanna do all of John B. quest......but this exchange gives meso and profitable items...........I just can't decide cuz it would take a long time to finish.
