What do Heros do now?

Was just curious what Heros and other high level warriors do now in maple? I haven't been on in a while and have maxed AC, Brandish, and working on stance. Im not qualified to be in HT runs yet or dont want to because I am not high enough to hit accurately and I dont have maxed stance. Is there anything new that high level people do?

Is CWKPQ any good? Or just another PQ for fun and gets boring over time? Also, training sucks because I realized the only way to train efficiently is to spend money on this game or a lot of time....
