if i were to plan to go low dex would my items be scrolled for dex as well or luk? cuz currently im dexless w/ scrolled luk equips but i hear people using dex equips for lowdex

yep they usualyl wear dex things to use a end game weapon mainly the time weapons

I suggest the casters (Lv. 90 claw) or anyone higher than that. You wouldn't want to be converting to Low-DEX just to wield a claw that is similar in W. ATK to your former skanda, do you? As for base DEX, decide that after you acquired most of your DEX equipment. Just think of it this way: A + B = C A is your base DEX. You won't know this yet. B is your DEX gained from equipment (Exclude the claw's bonus DEX is there is any) C is your claw's required DEX. Once you find what 'C' is, start buying DEX equipment that is suitable to your budget and that value would be 'B'. Then you're able to find 'A' after.
