I was asked to flatten a box... I'd never done it before so i just jumped on it and fell back. I think i hurt my right wrist, when I move it around i hear something clicking. And when i move my hand to the left it hurts D:

If you actually broke it, it would hurt like nothing else you've ever experienced. If you sprained it, then it would still hurt a lot. You would have to support it the entire day to keep it out of pain. If it's just sore, then just wait it out.

If it still hurts in the morning then I'll let my mom know and i'll get an apointment. @above when i first did it, it hurt MAD crazy. But now it only hurts when move it. and if i do move it then i can feel the bone moving... e-e

Perhaps you jammed it. Take your right hand and place it under your left wrist. As you see on your left wrist there is a line that separates the palm from your arm. Put your last 3 fingers of your right hand below that line towards your elbow. Place the webbing of your thumb against that wrist bone. Keep your other fingers at the same place as stated above. Do not use your pointing finger. *Use your 3 fingers(in the same place) and squeeze the area below the wrist with those fingers. If you do not hear a click the first time, shift your fingers around until you do hear one.
