V71 Patcher help needed

Hey basil, i dont know why my ms doesnt work. When i press run as admin this allow thing pops up. And i press allow. then later another thing pops up as always, and i press run program. after i press run program, nothing happens. I took a look at puppykevin's patching thread, and when i clicked the 0.70 - 0.71 patcher, it couldnt be found? so any help please basil? EDIT: oh, if we're still in 0.70, my problem still occurs, after i press run progam, the screen where all the notices and the "START" button window doesnt pop up at all

patch .71 didnt come out yet. he just did that to be prepared. correct me if im wrong.

Try downloading .71 installer. It should work, I'm installing right now :D I'll tell you how it goes.

1) Ctrl+Alt+Delete 2) Task Launcher 3) Processes 4) Find Maple, and click on it 5) Click end process 6) Try again. Your welcome.

I restarted, then it was loading the uhm.. hackshield thingy. after it loaded, nothing appeared. and it doesnt show on task manager. and now when i try it again, its happening again. not showing the start button

Well patch 7.1 didnt come out so pretty much you have to re install maplestory.
