Ever Notice nexon really doesn't care

Good Morning/Night Fellow Basilers, The other day i logged a ticket into Nexon's help support, because i couldn't get my nx card to work. This is basicly what i said Hello again, i Hate to be a bother because i know you get about 100,000+ tickets a day but. i've noticed that the charging page is really bugged, i brought this up in the past but i found if i just kept refreshing the problem went away temporally. Every time i try to charge an account with nx or Turn in a nexon card i get an error "The web page you are looking for cannot be found. If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact technical support." normally i ignore it and refresh and the problem goes away for the time being. last time i brought this up i was told to use internet explorer but that really didn't do anything but give me the same error. i don't wish to cause problems because normally it works after i try a few times but this time its not working at all, also i tried to log a ticket earlier and i got the same error. i don't know whats going on and its made me rather distraught, i hate to give you a problem but i know in the end its your job. i probably wouldn't have been upset if it wasn't for the fact i bought an nx card and it won't let me use it and now i'm missing out on my chance to train so i can log this ticket for the 3rd time. the fact i'm missing training upsets me little but the fact i can't log my card is annoying the heck out of me.again i hate to be a bother i'm hoping things can be fixed if not i don't know, i hate to sound like i'm giving you a threat by saying i might leave i know you don't care but i don't really see a point in playing w.o nx. i tend to buy nx a lot, a lot more then i probably should but i really enjoy your games. your site is the only site that gives me these problems. You were being a bit ranty to them, it's not in their job descriptions to pity you not being able to charge that NX card.

yeah thats nexon for you they seem to give the simplist respones to all there tickets lol seen a few posted up on basil where they answer back not helping at all lol. also sorry i can't help with your problem either.

MAKE THIS SIMPLE! Take out all the polite crap and be simple. GM Raven doesn't read walls of texts, he skims them. try this. "Can't charge nexon card, error, tried other internets, failed, allowing popups, had problem before, maple is awesome, i wanna stay on maple, but i need nx to do so. Come on, you should be happy i pay so much to your company! Fix it!"

i don't know if i'm more annoyed they didn't help or that they don't care, i don't want attention all the times but when i need help it'd be nice once and a while.

i hate nexon so much, they have the worst customer service, all the replies to the tickets logged are pre-set and they just copy and paste. (i have yet to see an unique reply to a ticket) and about the patching/server checks. seriously, why does it take so long. 10mins restart all their servers 20mins to patch their server files (ABSOLUTE MAX), and maybe 1hour to test if everything is functioning. im starting to think that there's just one in-competant fool doing all of the patching work. Plus all the data for the patches and stuff are made before the server down-time (and they usually get like 1month or so). Nexon is so fail. The only reason they are successful is because Wizet created the game, they bought it off them and put a few bandages around it and shoved it in your face. -continues rant- GMs- Nexon is so cheap, the hire a few GMs to cover the whole game. I mean seriously i know you probably think the GMs are just using their "hide" skill but they seriously dont do crap. And you people seem to think nexon is so smart for banning all the hackers, the only reason the hackers are gone is because they filed a C&D order against the hacking forums. (Which takes out 99% of hackers, or "script-kiddies" or "leechers"). They have to be in the MOST profitable business right now. NX=Virtual money. NX probably means something to you but it means nothing to nexon, they have an UNLIMITED amount of it. You give them real money for fake money that you can use to buy items in their game (Which they did not create). This means almost 100% profit. All they have to pay for is the computers, internetz, electricity bill, the few GMs. And just think how many people buy NX... wow nexon you truly are a greedy ass.
