P/C on a Final Bow

Okay so, as some of you may know I recently got hacked and I'm looking to see what I can do about rebuilding. Because my bow -wimpers- managed to be sold by my hackers mule, I'm currently using an "Okay" bow for now. (Equips and Weapons courtesy of BabiiDrone) I am just looking toward the future at the moment. So a few questions.. Is there a general ATT that Rangers/BMs have on their final bows? (Ex: 115-119 ATT) What is the cost of a 115+ Nisrock? Dragon Shiners? (If this exists >.>) Are 115+ att level 100+ bows difficult to find? Also other equips do you BMs end up with? Ex: 20+ dex overall etc etc. If there's anything you feel is necessary as an "End Game" Equip please feel free to say so. P.S. I already plan on getting a MoN.

Your highest atk bow you can afford, is your "final" bow. It is an investment that would last you. ;] But, on the factual side, a good 115+ atk would be good for a "final bow". Prices are generalised, as prices will not be entirely accurate. All depends on the buyers. 114 Atk- 400-500m 115atk-600m 118 atk- 1.3b 120 atk 2.1b-2.3b These are Nisrock prices, so meh. =p GL.

Do you think it would be more effective to scroll a dragon shiner seeing as it has the highest avg att? Well atleast before the time weapons come out..

Dragon Shiner's are extremely scarce. With the option of either obtaining one from HT? And forging one with Dragon Scales are extremely hard options to come by. That's why, most people scroll Nisrocks, lower base, but is more common. However, a "decent" scrolled Shiner, is the equivalent to a "godly" nisrock. That is why Dragon Shiner's are extremely expensive clean. xD

Idk about Windia, but I do see them occasionally in Broa for 45m O__O in the fm. I think scrolling a dragon shiner allows for a higher possibility of having a good "End att" on the bow. It may be a little cheaper also if the Dragon Shiners go for 45m clean.

It depends what base ATK it is. =p But yeah, it depends on your luck.

Dragon shiners have a base of 100 ATT ? That's avg anyway.. It seems alot easier to get that to 115 att and have a cool looking bow also ^_^ Also if anyone else is reading... P/C on a clean shiner?

If Dragon Shiners have a base 100 att (average) then getting 4 x 30% wouldn't be hard. That's an easy 2.1-2.3b according to the first post.

Could wait for maker to come out and make a lvl 120 bow using a high grade diamond (+3 att) a high grade Dex crystal (+5 Dex), and a stimulator. Without the stims effects, that would have 106 attack clean, and it can level up 4 times, possibly adding 1 att on each lvl up. If your lucky, the stim could add even more attack, and you could use a Dark Crystal to affect the attack even more.
