I'm not for nor against it, but if I were to look at reasons to be for it, it'd be what Kazoo and a bunch of other people said. People think that, once it's legalized, people would smoke it. That's just stupid on their part since just because it's legal, doesn't mean everyone would even want to. Heck, some people even have this "rebel complex" where they'd get it just to be all "badass". As long as people don't smoke it in public areas (I hate the smell of cigarettes and weed) and don't brag about it, I'm fine.

For living in a state where marijuana is decriminalized, I think it is a very good thing. There are still laws intended to prevent the use of this drug, yet it is not as harsh as other states, so people will still be able to go to good colleges and get good jobs without having a drug possession job destorying their reputation. I do not smoke marijuana but if I were to and got caught, I would rather have a $100 dollar fine than be arrested for carrying less than an ounce of marijuana on me. Plus it is a large step in legalizing marijuana in the near future.
