Where should I train?

I have a decent damage range right now and i'm lv 64, its something like 1k~1.5k with a pot, and i'm wondering where should I train right now. If possibly, could someone also explain where are Windraiders? i've heard they are decent exp at my level. I was also wondering if I should train there, because I can hit 7k with DU, 6k with CB and 5k with FF. Would that be good enough to train at WR, also I have 13X accuracy.

MP3 is good EXP for mobbers till around 75-80, The day I hit lvl 55 from LMPQ is the day I MP3 till around 70-73 then I go to Windraiders till llike 80.
