This phrase confuses me a lot @_@ Can someone give me an example of what "Acting Black" is? I thought being black was who the person was, not how they act. 0.o I've never seen someone say "Your acting Asian" or "acting white".

Its basically just using a lot of slang. There is a such thing as acting white. I always tell my sister she is (we are black). She talks like a typical "preppy" girl saying 'like', 'omg' and other words in every single sentence. Really annoying -.-

Wearing a hat with a flat bill and one single golden sticker on it, shaved hair, wearing Fubu and similar brands, extremely (and I mean extremely) baggy jeans, and possibly timberland boots. Oh and don't forget about dialect and slang. This is your typical "wigga".

I'm too tired to get into this...but tons of people do (with out a doubt in my mind) try to act black. Its not some non-existant thing out there to attack "asians and whites" ....it's just a fact of life, lol. @ 2 ABOVE - I have to admit I lold at "holla holla get dollas"
