Why am I missing/low hitting?

Am I hitting mobs for 1 because my accuracy is low? I can sometimes hit them for 800, or higher, but sometimes I hit at 1. Is that because my accuracy is too low?

Its because of knuckle mastery. The higher lvl it is, the more stable your damage becomes.
