Hi, I'm wondering if Knights of Cygnus get the full 4th job skills at level 70? In clarification, I'm wondering if (for example) a soulmaster can use brandish straight at level 70? Or is there a pre requisite?

I think its like level 100/110 where you can get it.

there is a 'mini advancement' at lvl 100

knights of cygnus get most of their fourth job skills when they advance at lvl 70 except for certain skills that are only obtainable by doing a quest at lvl 110. Such skills are advanced combo, meteo etc.

You get all the regular skills (3rd job, Cygnus exclusives like Soul Driver) at lvl70. You get one 4th job skill at lvl100 for defeating a nerfed boss in Drill Hall room 3.(Brandish, Hurricane, Ifrit, Triple Throw, Barrage) You get another 4th job skill at lvl110 for defeating a nerfed boss(but stronger than the one at lvl100) in Drill Hall room 4.(Adv. Combo, Bow Exp. , Meteo, Venom, Speed Infusion)

And you get a skill at level 120 if you defeat the black witch.
