shipping prepaid game cards!

well, i just was browsing amazon and noticed that the can ship game cards to europe (sweden) but my question is, can i use the prepaid card in europe? like charge my account with it? or wont it work since europe is ip banned? just need 10k to change my name ;) and i dont got any items to MTS. hope that someone knows if it work. bad grammar i know D: but im tired, 5:45AM :<
