Is this true? Cuz I really am bored of saders atm, and I want to make something more interesting. So I heard that regular pirates are better at 3rd job, is it true?

I'm pretty sure it's like this: Low-STR>Regular-STR>STR-less.

at lvl 80 i can hit 3k per bullet with burst fire. is that good?

Eh, they do get much better, but I've gotten use to Double Shots speed that Burst Fire seems slow >.<

At lv70, they get a dramatic damage increase with Burst Fire.

i do around 6-7ks with level 13 burst at level 74 no hermit can beat that at that level ;p
