how do i make it faster? i only have like 33kbps of download speed... i cant spend money eiher to make it faster.. what should i do? what can i do ?

you could try a download manager/accelerator if you need faster speed on downloads..i recommend DAP

Try reformatting your computer, for some reason the computer DOES have some effect on the internet speed. My old laptop could only get speeds of around 100 kb/s but then I bought a new desktop and the download speed was around 300 kb/s

Most download accelerators don't actually work. The only type of accelerators that work are the ones that have the ability to "guess" the fragments of data that need to be downloaded based on file types. There is absolutely nothing you can do to increase download speed other than buying a faster connection or a newer modem, if the modem is debilitating your speed. Your overall download speed won't increase, but I have a possible "solution". Just terminate all of the other unnecessary internet connections. More resources can be devoted and the download can finish faster.
