I live in the Dominican Republic and for some apparent reason I can play all three maples. It seems I can play EMS because I made the account since the first time the server was release and after the IP block, I can still use it which is totally weird. I can play GMS obviously. And for some apparent reason I can play MSSEA without any proxies. YAY TIME TO TRY OUT KOC <333. THREADS PURPOSE. So the purpose of this thread is to tell you guys, that if you live in any of the islands in the caribbean you can play all 3 games. We have not been IP blocked so if you live there consider yourself lucky!

Being able to play on a character before an IP block is similar to being able to drive on a road before it's blocked off. <_<

Uhs, quick question that is slighly out of topic. Do I have to make a character thats not KoC in order to make one?

Yes, it has to be at least level 20.

Yeah. It has to be level 20. Then after it is level 20, it might automatically transfer u to erev and then you can talk to Nighthearts or w/e and you should be able to make the character ingame. then lgo out and you'll see the new KoC.
