Hey i just realized that soft white buns prevents hp loss for the el nath region for 30 mins.. i was jw if this was for the hp loss of a map or by a monster (like zakum) or both? Could these be used to survive zakum? Please let me kno =D. THanks

When used, prevents loss of HP in the cold El Nath region for 30 minutes. Basically, prevents HP loss when you're in the cold regions: maps with monsters in them and have a "cold background".
