2 questions about weapon choice

Is there any math behind whether a NRW's low dex requirement makes it the same or close to the same dpm as a st? How much would it cost for me to get 60 dex in equips alone (I have a base dex of 60)? I'm trying to decide if I want to keep my 109 at screamer till 100 and save money, as best as I can, and get a st (which would REALLY motivate me to get to 100 because I'm in a leveling slump) or get a NRW and leave it at that. I'm not sure if I would be able to afford the equips for a st though. Thanks a lot guys

If you want a fast weapon, go for the NRW. Not sure if ST prices have rised from the gacha box, if the event is over already. Honestly though, if I can recall, its easier and more affordable to get a good DS for the time being.

I already have the dex for a NRW though. According to the little math I know. For a DS to match a 106 att NRW (saw one for 35mill but it was only 100%ed so it was probably worth half that) it needs 116 att. How much would a 116 DS cost me? Feel free to correct my math if I'm wrong

Haha, I used to be a frequent with these questions, but that answer my come from talekeo, masumme, or any other warrior forum frequent. Not sure on prices, haven't been on since the maple anniversary, and even then, I didn't pay attention of prices, just wanted to collect some new items.

Getting the Dex equips is likely the problem, its do-able, but not cheap. 20 - Zhelm 5 - Pendant 15- Pants 10 - Cape 10 - Boots/Earrings. Note though, thats not really that cheap. I would expect to spend around 300M or so in total ( you can subtract from there stuff you already have ), before the ST. The only thing here though, is getting a decent NRW. STs are still fairly abundant, compared to NRWs which are almost non-existent. If you can find a 115+ NRW, I would say, go for that, if not, go for an ST.

ST have no set price after the box event, all dependent on the seller. Clean NWRs can be found with some effort in FM, cost around 18 mil for a 96 att base. (i picked up a 98 att clean for 20 mil, so they aren't that expensive) however, a 115 NRW would cost nearly 350-500 mil, where as a 115 ST would cost merely under 200 mil. (i got my 119 ST for 320 mil) if you have the dex to equip ST, i'd pick ST. but if you are REALLY struggling for dex equips, i'd simply puchase the best NRW or ST that comes up (that u can afford), making the choice for u =P dex equips shouldn't be that hard. -60 base -15 dex zhelm -5 dex deputy star (do the quest, pay for someone to kill BF for u) -8-10 dex cape. (get a 10 dex YAC for 18 mil if u low on meso) -8 dex shoes (probably snowshoes, about 28-35 mil) -20 dex overall (battle road, if you look hard you can find one under 35 mil, i got my 28 dex one for 36 mil) this leaves you with 116-118 dex. you can get lower dex shoes for much cheaper, and get 5-6 dex earrings instead, and to top ur dex off at 120 dex, you can get warrior gloves with base dex (preferably scrolled for att)

Man that's a lot of work. if I sold my sword I'd only have 100mill. I guess I've got some money making AND leveling to do. How much do 5 dex earrings go for? Anymore opinion would be appreciated.
