So the sticky doesnt say anything about Maker skill... is it not coming out this next patch? Most people said it would.

Probably not which is kinda weird since Msea got it along with time(less?) temple and pink bean (NOT vynn!11!11!11one!1!11). We might get it in the next patch (like, the patch after the one this week) along with pre-KoC content.
