| Hi guys, I've been trying to find what's the TT damage formula, or what's the minimum damage range you need to hit 10k with 1 star with TT. Does anyone of you know that? Thanks in advice :] |

 | I dont think crit gives 100% also SE seems to work different. With max damage around 3800 my NL hits 11k with TT29 (so if crit is 100% then its 250% max with 1 star = around 9.6k). Also NL crit is 50% - 100% dmg so with SE it should be 65% - 140% dmg. Weird thing about it is that with SE30 my NL hits 16k so its seems like its [(150% from tt)*2 from crit]*1.4 from SE I know plenty of ppl will say its wrong but such formula gives much better estimation of my NL dmg. |

| I think that the damage formula for TT would be exactly the same as L7's damage formula because L7's damage seems to be multiplied by 1.5 times every job advancement. In second job you get critical throw, which deals 200% damage half the time. In third job you get shadow partner, which deals another set of stars with your attack for half the damage. And in fourth job, damage would be multiplied by 1.5 because of how three stars are thrown at a time instead of two. |

| I DON'T think the TT formula is the same as L7. I read about a guy who did many throws with each skill maxed, and the mean damage for one TT star was significantly higher than the mean damage for one star with L7. Once I get maxed TT, I will be performing a statistical test of significance to test whether or not TT and L7 could possibly have the same formula. I'm not joking btw. I learned the procedure in my AP Stats class and it should be able to tell if the formulas are the same or not. :D Don't hurt me. |

It's because SE is actually +140%, not + 40% The description is wrong. At level 1, it's +111%. The biggest boost for SE is from level 0-1, the rest is very minimal difference, and more to stop you from casting every 10 seconds. |

| lucky 7 is based on howmuch luk you have and i mean just luk, mastery and stuff doesnt matter. TT is just 150% of your attack range |

Basically, you just say LUK is the only factor that plays in the Lucky 7 formula. If that were the case, then we would just used subis and garnier for our entire life. Any upgrade on those equips will be pointless, as LUK is the only factor. By saying that Triple Throw is base off our our Attack range, you are also saying that DEX plays a role in it; however, every single Nightlord I met stated that DEX play no role in the Triple Throw formula. The reason why people are doubting the L7 isn't the same as TT is because a lot of people think that TT is more W.ATT base (since lowDEX and regDEX has a higher ATT claw than a DEXless). But that isn't the case. W.ATT always matters a lot more than LUK, but people tend to forget that when they at a lower level. Anyways, I made a post here about it. link |
