From what I have heard the NX prices are different in MSEA, and in GMS it should be around 6k not 12.

Different currency. See how everything is slightly more expensive than GMS? For example, the gachapon ticket for 1.5k. I'm guessing the Scissors of Karma will be around 9k NX in GMS.

Different version, different currency. You can never trust NX conversions. Karma Scissors should be 6-8 dollars.
