so i've read the guides with no luck

I've read both guides to find an answer to this question, but had no success. Ok, so lvl 4 meteor shower has 360 base atk, while explosion has 120. would i be right in assuming that lvl 4 meteor would be dealing 3x as much damage as my exlposion would? or are they different damage formulas. If they are different, could you tell me a site or an equation of some sort so i can get an idea? also according to hidden street i didn't see a mastery%, so how does that portion work as well? I'm curretnly a lvl 111 f/p hopefully an arch mage soon, so i'm very curious as to my up and coming skills.

Yes, it works exactly that way . And the Mastery for level 1 Meteo is 60%, level 30 MAY be 80%, I myself would like to know if level 30 Meteo has 60% or 80% mastery, but I know for sure level 1 Meteo has 60%.
