From a pool that someone with AIDS just recently swam in? I keep seeing these entries everywhere on the internet that the pool is closed due to aids. Can you really get an std that way? :O

Maybe if someone with AIDS has an open wound and you have an open wound and it travels through the water into your blood then yes, yes you can.

AIDS can be spread by-but not limited to-sex. They can be spread by an infected person's blood. If that blood reaches someone's open wound, or somehow gets into their bloodstream, there's a chance that they will get AIDS. So yes, you can get it at the pool.
