The Maple Admin. isn't letting people trade in Maple Weapons or get them. Therefore, Maple has replaced it by Cassandra. Go to Cassandra and click on Event Winners. Then, you'll see it. Click it get whatever you want...

It was true for a while, til the patch that happened a couple days ago. Then they gave the job back to the maple admin NPC.
