KSING is bannable? WTF muahaha

alirght so my friend was a lvl 6X fighter and he trained at mp3 and often a KSer would come and he would ask me to get em back. So i would tele to him and just poison the whole map which would take about half of the KSer's xp. I dont say anything i just keep poisoning. is this bannable? Cause one time a archer and a cleric and a i/l were threatening to report me.

Ksing is only bannable if you hunt people down every day and harass them. Then it falls under the category of harassment. So technically speaking no. Ksing is NOT a bannable offense.

It's not legit in my eyes. KSing is something you do to make someone angry, and harrass them. thats why when you right click someone and click "Alert GM" -scrolls down- Zomg whats this? The harassment option. EDIT: It's only if you do it like a habit and hunt them down everyday.
