Spectrum goggles 2 dex 0 speed what?

okay well i bought these spectrum goggles for 15mil that were 2 dex and no speed so what is that? it was gray but is it worth more than normal or less cuz apparently the others are only 3 speed and no dex 3 slots i think thats clean should i sell or scroll i dont wanna keep i dont ned and i need money DEMETHOS PRICES PLEASE thanks!

If it was grey then Chaos scrolls failed on it. 15m is a great price in Scania, not sure about Demethos.
