HP washing is adding AP to HP, using AP reset scrolls to minus from MP(HP AND MP are the same AP pool) and adding it back to your needed stat, like STR.

It's possible the moment you've maxed barrage, but i recommend you to wait longer than that actually. I'd say 130-140+, if you max barrage first.

All you really need is maxed Corkscrew and enough accuracy to 100% (Barrage helps though).
