| Welcome Basilers! Maplestory is having a patch at 06-17-2009 What is new? Time Temple Timeless Temple is an area reached from Leafre, and currently holds the title as "strongest area in the game." Even the common monsters here reach levels as high as 131. Monsters are ranging from level 80 to 131. To get to the Timeless Temple, one must transform into a Baby Draco (a smaller, younger-looking version of the level 200 mount.) and fly themselves to the Temple over 2 maps. The temple itself is a monument in the sky to the goddess who rules over the Maple World. Currently, she is asleep, and in her slumber a dark man has risen to cause chaos in the Maple World. The temple is separated into three parts each with its own unique boss. The three parts are: Path to the Memory Path of Regret Path of Oblivion To get full access to the temple, you will need to do quests which will ask you to either kill 999 of a certain monster or kill 1 boss. Each quest completed opens up a new room in the temple. If you do not do these quests, you will be simply be kicked back to the previous lounge until you do so. At the end of the temple there is a powerful boss called Pink Veenwhich is a cute-looking pink creature with 5 statues, a Goddess Statue, 2 bird statues and 2 scholar statues, guarding it, similar to the way the Guild Quest Boss Ergoth is guarded. Agent training program Talk to Gaga in a town to start this (party) quest. you have to kill some bosses in order to finish this quest. HOW FAR CAN YOU GET? go alone, or gather some friends to join you! You wont lose exp when dying Elin Forest This is a camp in the past version of Victoria island. The name of the area and certain landmarks seem to indicate it is set up in the area of modern day Ellinia. At this period in time, Victoria Island is almost totally unpopulated. There are some Fairies, however no other friendly species live here. Altair Camp is the headquarters of a group who have immigrated to Victoria from Ossyria, seeking refuge from the tyrannical rule of the Black Magician, a recurring character who plays an important role in both Nautilus Harbor and Magatia. It can be reached by using the Time portal in Ludibrium's Time Control Room, at the top of Helios Tower. Most of the monsters look like enormous, prehistoric, scary versions of modern Victoria Island monsters. There is a party quest here; to enter the party quest, you must be in the range of level 45-55. The goal of this Party Quest is to put a stop to the poisoning of the forest, a dastardly deed apparently caused by the Black Magician himself. Upon entering the Party Quest, all party members are transformed into heroes to stop the poisoning of the forest. Additionally, Athena Pierce, the archer job instructor, can also be found here.
