Only lvl 200s can make a KoC char

I think only allowing lvl 200s to make a KoC would be alot more interesting, making them look like a *rebirth* character. What do you think? I personally don't want to see the entire maple community 3 KoC - 1 normal maple char everywhere.

Yeah i agree. I hear it's 20-30Lvl of main character to make one. Which means the majority of the maple community can make one and that's gonna be annoying having them run around.
