Anyone got banned for Illegal Chargin?

So, my friends got banned for Illegal Charging. 2 of my friends, they were charging NX because they were getting married. (The gal and the guy). They both got banned permanently. :l Is there anyway, for them to get unbanned? :l

Anyways, here's how you do it: go onto the maplestory website (you can actually do this on the nexon website as well) Then, go on the tab that says "Support" and click on "Contact Us" If you haven't already logged in, it will ask you to log in Once you do, you'll go to a page that shows your open tickets, and there will be a tab that says "Log a Ticket" And there, you're done! =) EDIT: well, you're not "done", but you've gotten to the page where you can actually write out your ticket, and submit it.

I would suggest for you to send in another ticket asking for the GM's AIM MSN skype etc. Ask them kindly if you could talk to them on a personal level, tell them you are mature and over 18. Was the card info entered correctly? (Including expiration date. This changes EVERY time you get a new card for ANY reason.)
