Don't worry. You'll be fine. I did the same when I was 6, I thought they were candy. But my mum said I vomited and it was all cool afterthat.

I ate around 7 in a day. I like them better than normal gummy bears usually :D. But now I eat 0~2 a day. I only tried 7 once, aka my first time cause I didn't read the back.
