I heard a patch will come out and bishops that uses elemental wands will only do .75x of their attack. If this is true, then shine wands are the only weapon basically for lukless bishops? Also will there ever be a holy elemental wand? Lol thank you.

Holy elemental wands will probably never happen. The elemental wands were supposed to have that effect, but I'm not sure if they will implement it or not. Either way, it was supposed to happen.
