Is there a server check going on?

So I tried getting on MS and get the message that pops up when there's a server check going. I then went to the GMS site and it doesn't say there's a server check going on but does mention having issues with some of the anniversary events? Have they started an unscheduled server check and is anyone else having this problem? (My MS work find yesterday).

Then I'm not sure what is going on but I feel like this might be from some Vista upgrades that happened last night, I'm going to do a system restore and see if that fixes this

i had the same issue afew seconds ago..i have firefox as my internet browser all i did was update it and now im playing maple? if you have firefox then try updating it and see if it works,
