Do you need BF toe and HH head to get the Deputy Star? And is there a way i can get BF toe or HH head without buying leech from someone? are they tradeable? Do you need to complete all of the Bounty Hunter Quests? Thanks.

all quest from the sheriff girl u can get a high level to kill bf or hh for you hefferheffer got me a bf toe for free

yes finish all quests. they are not tradeble. just kill it yourself

Kill them, you might have to wait a bit for BF, but HH should be easy enough if you have Mesos Guard. No, they are not tradeable. Do you need to complete all of the Bounty Hunter Quests? Yes you do.

their not tradable your a cb. so Just bomb bigfoot it takes a buddy of mine about 5mil to bomb it.

Yes" Not two heads, you only need 1 head 1 bf toe and complete the soiled rag quest and lucky charms one. I just got my Deputy Star yesterday =D.

You can probably solo HH with ME. He does 2.6k-ish damage max, so you should be fine with MG. As for BF, either use listings or ask someone who's fighting one/looking for one if you can loot him (don't leech exp).
