The problem about FM spots

Let's say someone closed their shop to restock. You seize the opportunity to get their spot as they retype the name, is it your spot or theirs? Imo, once you close a spot, anyone can take it - whether they are restocking it, giving it to a friend, or w/e.

He wasn't fast enough to keep the spot. Tough luck. I did that to someone and he threatened me right off the bat, then asked for the spot back. Yeah right...
