Question about TT

Okay so I'm gonna be 120 pretty soon and I obviously want to get triple throw. Do I start with it able to go to level 5 or something? Or do I need to get a skill book to learn it in the first place? Can someone please explain how this works?

Triple Throw is one of the skill that you will not have during 4th. To get it, you must get it from Zakum, and it will start out with a mastery level of 10. If you want to raise it higher, you will need to get the Mastery Book 20 and 30.

I believe it's one of the pre-aquired skills that you can add up to lvl 5, then you do a quest to make it 10 (I believe) then you need the skillbooks to lvl 20 and 30, which are freaking hard to obtain.

Yeah, Zakum drops the Skillbook. So when you pick up the skillbook, it'll be in your USE inventory. You double-click it and you obtain Triple Throw in your skills

TT is not a core 4th job skill, meaning that you will not have the skill when you make your 4th job advancement. To get TT, you must join a zrun and kill zak for him to drop the TT 10 skillbook. This books works 100% and adds TT to your skills with a mastery level of 10. Then you gotta hunt/buy TT 20 and 30 to raise the mastery level higher. Edit: And good luck on getting TT 10. It could take a while depending on your luck. I got it on my first zrun on my NL but my friend still hasn't gotten it yet and he's been on 10+ runs. He's level 127 with like 20 saved points and have both TT 20 and 30 waiting to be used haha.

You will have to obtain it from a ZRun and it will allow you to learn TT with mastery lvl 10. Then you will have to buy TT20 and TT30 if you want to increase the mastery lvl.

You get TT10 (untradeable) from Zak, use it, and then you have the skill to put your points in (it will be at level zero at first) with a max level of 10. Once you have the skill at level 5, you can use TT20, which will raise the maximum level to 20, etc.
