Is it possible for me to play MSEA when I am from America? If so does it require various programs and such?

Yes it requires HotSpot Shield. link But it's not working for me. It works for other people.

The way i figure it SEA is way better than GMS the communities great =) you can't understand a single word they say =) Well sometimes anyway....

A third party program is a program that does something to help you out, or to modify something on the main program you're running to help you get something out of it. Masking your IP is just that, MASKING YOUR IP. There are various reasons why you may mask your IP. Third party programs are illegal, while masking your IP is not.
