Does it show up on rankings. Also if you make the character you can't make another character with the same ign right?

You obviously can't make the same character with the same IGN. What would happen to BL? :S

Yes, they can get into rankings, they ARE characters after all. And of course not, 2 characters with 1 name? Imagine the catastrophe it would cause!
