well im lv 110 and i need my dragon staff and overall and i need to make 300mill any ideas on what i can merchant with 13mill?

By a shop permit and overprice everything you buy for cheap. Best to buy scrolls/att wg/stars.

Go to kerning ch1 and buy overall dex scrolls for ~800k and sell them in a shop in the fm for 1.6mil. Doubles your money. Quick and easy.

leech wind raiders genesis o.O no need for merchantin if u have leech but if u cant do that ull hve to do like ppl said buy low sell high or sell ur equips (PS ur bound to get some good equips when u leech)

You were unable to figure out that level 110 is 3rd job, and that they need the 300m partly to buy genesis. Start off merchanting scrolls, then when you have the money, sell things like stars, att wgs, scrolled equips, and higher priced scrolls. Also consider leps, LMPQ mule, and selling spots.
