Im just wondering you cast a 2x EXP Party buff and all the party members aren't in the same location, would they still get the buff ? Or do they all have to be in the same map to get it .

the have to be on the same map , seeming once i trained together with someone who sudedley got the change to get a party buf from her friend she added him to the party she wend to they guy got the buf , and i dinned seeming i holded the map for us.

You have to be in the same map and channel to get the effects. Only exemption is family bonding.
