Well i was reading the comments on youtube link and they said it gives them 1.3x exp o.o i didnt even know they had one did you ? i wonder if it can be scrolled

It comes with a heavy price... It's from an event and you only get to keep it for 24 hours. If you want to wear it together with your horntail necklace or whatever, you need to buy something with NX that makes you have 1 more medal slot for 24 hours. It's something like that.
