So here I am, with a Black old wisconisn [lv 20 common hat with 10 slots], I decide I want to scroll some int helms using 30% scrolls since they are fairly cheap [around 2m each] Ultimately, at this point, I've used 6 helm int 30% scrolls.. They all worked in a row! OMG 18 INT 4 SLOT HELMET RIGHT? Wrong. I got so lucky, but I was so afraid, that I ended up scrolling two seperately... I have two 9 int hats with 7 slots each D: Well at least I can keep using 30% on them alternatively until one of them breaks xD

im good at scrolling also i had 7 60% scrolls fail on me in a row! havent tryed scrolling after that

A zhelm tops both of these hats, but its good for all mages who are lower than 50, or to lazy to buy a zhelm, or poor.... I dunno.. I think I'll keep scrolling and see what happens o.O Or maybe I should just use 70% scrolls now.

Hmm... That's some luckyness The best I scrolled in a row were 4 30%'s I think you should sell them because after my 4 30%'s my luk went bad for like 10 scrolls Lol

If you use even one it will find a way to somehow blow up BOTH of the hats! Trust me. Don't. Use. 70s. They'll get you every time.

Use 60%'s? Or 100%'s. If you use 100%'s, then you'll get two 16 INT Hats... If 100% Scroll for Helmet for INT even exist.

A zhelm provides luk as well, that way all mages don't need to raise their base luk by 15 to accommodate for items.
