Cash shop problems.

Just checking up, is anyone having problems getting things in and out of the cash hsop, and did anyone else's NX dissapear? I just want to know if i'm the only one. Every time i put something in or out of the cash shop i d/c. My NX points also dissapeared. I tried logging a ticket but i get some error about the server being down.

Mts and CS is down,you gonna still dcing and no worryes about the nx,is just like...uber-lag with d/c or something =/

i think is glitched cuz my frien bouhg pet stuff n it all dissapeared o.O and when it says server busy click back on the browser and re logg ticket, it happen to me th other day but when i went back and relogged the tix it was posted o.O

to the above^^^^ NEXON are lying about the 30 minutes (issue to be resolved w/i 30 minutes) cuz i made reports or logged tickets to NEXON a month ago regarding missing NX (around 20k NX) and they never respond to my tickets/issue.
