Is getting SI to lvl 11 worth it?

Just wanna know, has anyone confirmed that SI gives an extra speed boost at lvl 11? And does anyone think this is worth it?

no, if you plan to be in a party with a warrior yes because at 1-10 you will reach the speed cap with it

SI 11 makes barrage slightly faster, if that's worth 10 points to you then go ahead as in delay between not the animation~sorry for misleading

11 SI only helps: -all DKs -Paladins and Heroes with 2h swords, other than Ribgols -Crossbowmen It doesn't speed up YOUR attack speed, but if you really want to, you can drop regular booster. Personally, I think there's a lot of other skills more worth getting.
