so i get that aran ish gunna be a new job but im confused about the KoC. what exactly is knight of cygnus?

They are basically an extension of the 4 main jobs

KoC is kind of like a mini-class for your character. You have to have a 30+ character. KoC has no party buffs I think, they are stronger normal classes until later, their max level is 120, and they get 6 AP per level.

You use a level 30+ character, (like me using my lvl 132 NL) and create a KoC at Ereb. Then you will get some buff that adds attack every 10 levels for both characters. e.g. I'm lvl 132, so I get lvl 13 buff (lvl 20 max)

Knights of Cygnus - 5 Brand New Jobs that are similar to the originals, but have a specific element according to their class. Their level cap is 120 and they get 6 AP per level. Excels in training but sucks in bossing. Considered '1 star' difficulty. Aran - A new incomplete class/race that is still in the Testing Stage in KMST. The class/race uses polearms and uses combo-like features to activate stronger skills. Not too much is known yet. Considered '3 star' difficulty.
