Where is Seruf? How do i make him sppear? Do i just go on the map and he'll appear or do i have to kill some monsters? thx in adv.

He spawns at The Seaweed Tower . I've never seen Seruf, but since it's an area boss, it's probably like all the others. Depending on how recently it was killed in the channel, it'll either appear immediately or take a bit of killing to get it to spawn. Spawn times are usually 30min ~ 1hr for area bosses...? Not 100% sure. Correct me if I'm wrong.
