Okay for example I was just browsing the Hurricane 20 book here on Basil and it said it was only dropped by Jr. Newties. Give me a guestimation of how many Jr. Newties it would on average take to get one.

It totally depends on the book you're looking for. It's safe to say that soloing bosses such as Pianus and some other notable ones will guarantee at least one skill book per boss.

Drops are based on your own luck, not luck AP distribution luck. YOUR LUCK you can not put them in the same category as 'how many xx monsters do i have to kill to get this item' if this was the case then prices for all items would have dropped exponentially

If I were you, I wouldn't be worrying about making monsters drop skill books. Most people just buy them anyways, if you were considering on getting one in the future. But I assume that you were just inquisitive in this topic. Anyways, supply and demand, my friend.

It can't be, because I don't have a cord going from my computer to my ass. All drops, ALL drop are based on a percentage. Don't tell me they're not, because they are. I was looking for a general estimation, because all drops have an average. |

Try to get the monster cards for newties. I think they increase your drop rate?

All drops have a preset rate/ chance of dropping. But when there's chance, it's just the probability. When it really comes down to it, it's based on your luck.

There's no such thing as luck people, just numbers. Numbers and statistics.

Well, take the shields for example. Obviously, there's a certain % chance/ monster that it would drop and make someone VERY, VERY happy. But why do some people get it within 10 minutes and some people have tried this whole event and has yet to even obtain one? Luck is all it is.

No. Law of Averages. This law states that ten people might get shields within ten seconds. It's possible. But, it must all equal out. Always.
