Night Lord or Shadower?

I'm sorry if you guys are getting annoyed by these threads but i really need help deciding. First off, I've never gotten to lvl 70 you can call me nub but i really dont care. I've made one of every job and im making a new account. I already know im making a bishop on one slot. Which one do you think is more fun. And I've read all the stickys and im wondering what skill build you would do or did. thx guys

well, i have never gotten to fourth job but i do have a level 76 hermit and level 74 cb. i thought that training with a hermit was extremely boring so i quit it. when i made a cb though, there was a variety of skills to use in training so i actually looked forward to it. the skill build i did on my cb was lv70 - 1 assaulter lv71 - 1 meso explosion, 2 BoT lv72 ~ lv7x - Get 18 BoT then i don't know what i'm going to do yet. lol. but yea, this build should give you a taste of the cb's skills while at the same time letting you train efficiently. :D

Hermits/Night Lords all the way. I've had 1 night lord, 1 hermit, and 1 cb. I started out with a night lord. I made it all the way up to a 120 NL, and I had 120 base dex. It's high based dex so I quit it, so I tried to CB. I got up to 116 on the CB, and then it was low dex and it was horrible. The damage is crap in the lower levels, but when you get to fourth job is about the same. But CBs cannot hit as high as dexlessses. After I quit my CB I created a dexless hermit. At the moment it's level 100, and I'm still going. It's dexless, and I have about 800m worth in equips so it is pretty good. It hits higher than any other regular dex hermit, and maybe some regular dex night lords. Right now, my level 100 dexless can hit higher than my 120 NL with 120 base dex. That's a 20 level difference and the 100 is still stronger. That's something to be proud of if you ask me.

It depends on what you like and value. I'm glad that some people aren't the emperor of the world. Check different guides for what you want. The thread I wrote, "Get real, CBs", gives a somewhat realistic view of how CBhood is, and what you can expect, but I have no information or about or experience with a hermit or Night Lord. If you care a lot for what other people want you should in any case NOT be a CB, but if you don't care for that you could pick either job.
